Immediate start for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator, south of the river, $35 per hour
Your new company
This global manufacturing and engineering organisation are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to assist their team for a three month temporary contract.
Your new role
As the Mobilisation Administrator for this organisation your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Coordination of the site mobilisation process
- Organising flights and medical
- Booking inductions and arranging site related training
- Update and maintain personal database
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be immediately available and;
- Have a demonstrated proficiency in numerous software programs including Enable and SAMS
- Have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to coordinate a variety of tasks
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Thrive in a high pressured environment
