Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced enthusiastic personal assistant to join an independent education department in the CBD on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
You will provide a range of executive support and administrative services to support the Head of Division. Your duties will include but not be limited to high level diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting and editing correspondence, preparation of presentations and collating reports.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need strong organisational skills as well as a high level of initiative and enthusiasm. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have had extensive personal assistant experience and will have worked within a fast-paced, professional environment. Experience working within education is highly desirable.
