The Role

As an Executive Assistant you will provide high level administrative support to the EGM Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, EM of compliance consulting and the wider team. This role will require strong calendar management for a busy diary and a proven track record in working with senior stakeholders. In addition to this your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management, screening and responding to emails
  • Provision of daily schedules, reading material and agendas.
  • Effective management of all internal and external meetings, and all associated activity
  • Monthly Amex reconciliation
  • Travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Raising of purchase orders and payment of invoices
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports and documents
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Organise team functions and events
  • General administration

The Requirements

  • Previous PA/EA experience within a busy corporate environment is essential
  • Intermediate to advanced level of use with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work from several different directions and manage workflow proactively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business
