Our high performing Talent Aquisition function is currently seeking to recruit a switched-on, organised Talent Administrator to support the team with daily recruitment activities. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in an HR function within a global organisation and to develop your recruitment skills further.  

 

About the Role

 

The Talent Administrator will provide support to our four Talent Acquisition Advisors who are responsible for the recruitment activity across Australia. One day will never be the same in this role, which will keep you engaged, challenged and continually learning. The TA will be the backbone of the team, proactively providing support on a variety of the task’s required in a 360 recruitment environment. 

  • Monitoring the central Recruitment email inbox
  • Own the Workday requisitions queue of all newly created roles
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Help with the completion of background checks and other onboarding activities
  • Screening and short-listing candidates for interviews
  • Maintain accurate records within our Workday database
  • Work closely with broader HR team to drive recruitment processes 

About You

 

You will be a highly motivated individual who is not afraid to come into work and roll up their sleeves. Additionally, you will have the confidence to pick up the phone and converse with candidates and internal stakeholder ensuring the highest level of service.  

  • Ability to support a team with high-level administration and ad-hoc task’s
  • Thrive off working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to juggle different priorities, ensuring jobs are managed through to completion
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude to pick up our internal systems
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and run your day
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • An outgoing and positive attitude
