Our busy salon is in need of a talented customer service professional looking to expand their career and experience.

 

The Role

The primary focus of this role is customer service, sales and customer traffic flow in a busy hairdressing salon.

You are responsible for effectively dealing with:

  • all enquiries via phone, email and online chat;
  • converting prospective clients;
  • preparing business reports;
  • maintaining a constant watch over client satisfaction and smooth salon operations;
  • supporting a lively team of creative and fun hair stylists.
  • business reporting

Full training and guidance is provided.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
