We are currently seeking a proficient Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team in Broadbeach.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Compliance manuals and document control register for the Compliance Department. The Compliance Administrator is accountable for updating all training and licences, exporting reports, ATO applications and managing records and correspondence.

Your responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Document control register development and maintenance
  • Provide administration support
  • Upload all training records
  • Complete accurate and timely reports
  • Maintain training records and creating new training
  • Incident management support
  • Managing customer databases
  • Warehouse licence applications
  • Customs contact list maintenance and tracking
  • QAP/AA Licence applications
  • Monthly reporting of safety KPI’s
  • Ad Hoc duties and requests from the management team

To be successful in this role; you will possess the following;

  • Proficient at MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Methodical.
  • Good attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in data validations, corrections and submissions.
  • Experience in submitting Customs, ATO and DAFF warehouse license applications is ideal.
  • Experience using an EDMS – Electronic Document Management System
