We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to fill a permanent position in one Australia’s leading organisation and to further develop your skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, couriers and deliveries
  • Email correspondence to management
  • Produce monthly reports and document management
  • Building access cards, staff parking and new employee inductions
  • Manage Salesforce Database and contact details
  • Coordination of internal meetings and functions
  • Diary management
  • Petty cash
  • Ad-hoc duties

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Formal qualifications would be an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • A can-do attitude and reliable
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritise and have excellent time management
  • Immaculate presentation
