We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to fill a permanent position in one Australia’s leading organisation and to further develop your skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, couriers and deliveries
- Email correspondence to management
- Produce monthly reports and document management
- Building access cards, staff parking and new employee inductions
- Manage Salesforce Database and contact details
- Coordination of internal meetings and functions
- Diary management
- Petty cash
- Ad-hoc duties
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Formal qualifications would be an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- A can-do attitude and reliable
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and have excellent time management
- Immaculate presentation
