TMA is a national company who is currently expanding our Tech Division. Due to this growth we are now seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding Customer Service Team operation based in Granville Sydney.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Log service calls for the National network of technicians
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, measuring customer satisfaction through follow up of service calls and customer feedback
• Support the team in the day to day operation of the business units (National base)
• Prepare and oversee OH&S documentation (training will be provided)
• Complete pre-invoicing for the State based operations
• Prepare documentation to support the Operational teams
• Provide administrative support to the National team 
• Support the National Operations Manager in oversight of operational deliverables
• Develop processes and procedures

Required skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Drivers licence.
• Exposure to dynamic work environment advantageous
• Problem solving skills.
• Good all round knowledge of computing.
