- Processing invoices -Accounts payable and receivable
- Answering and directing emails
- Dairy and calendar management
- Administration
- Chasing up debts
- Covering reception and breaks
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to multi-task
- Dictaphone experience
- Monday to Friday office hours
- Central location in the lower North Shore
- Close to public transport
- Immediate start
