Club Manager
We are seeking a motivated and passionate club manager to make sales & manage the gym' s daily operations;
Duties will include:
• Meet and greet potential and existing members
• Conduct new member orientations
• Meet KPIs and sales targets
• Seek out and generate new sales leads
• Maintain and create a great club culture
• Help motivate and assist members reach their Fitness Goals
• Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club
• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community
• Support and manage a team of Personal Trainers.
To succeed in the role you will be:
• Results driven.
• Well presented, energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated.
• Passionate about health and fitness.
Applicants are required to have:
• Certificate III/IV in Fitness desirable
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Clubwise experience desirable
Management and/or sales experience within the fitness industry is preferred but not essential.
