Are You Our New Club Manger?
ENRG fitness is a large, 24/7, health and fitness centre located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Set out spaciously over 2000sq metres it offers an abundance of cardio,weight and strength machines as well as a private ladies only room, a large group fitness room, a private hot yoga studio powered with infrared lamp technology, sauna and a Muay Thai fighting gym with a professional, full size boxing ring.
As the Club Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Achieving sales targets
• Managing and motivating a sales team
• Working within the annual business plan to achieve clubs targets/budgets
• Implementing an annual sales and marketing planner
• Creating business opportunities with the local market
• Providing an exceptional product via excellent customer service to deliver to our members and potential members
- Hiring and Training new staff
- Hiring Personal Trainers for the business
You must:
• Have club management experience
• Be results driven
• Have experience managing staff and budgets
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• Have previous sales experience
