The Basics
- Full Time Hours
- 39 hours per week - Monday - Saturday
- 50k – 80k plus super
- Admin, Sales, Customer Service, and other responsibilities depending on experience. BE HAPPY!
- Club Locations; Bulimba, Cleveland, Hamilton, Logan, Milton & Redbank Plains

Skills Required
- BE HAPPY!
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Be naturally great with people
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good natural sales person - Min 2 years experience in a Sales Role required
- Strong Leadership of a team - Min 2 years experience in a leadership role required
- Be efficient
- Computer literate
- Be able to fight ten fires at once whilst balancing a vase on your head – when things get busy
The Role
- Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.
- Administration, filing, computer based admin
- Contacting members by phone, email, and SMS and improving their member experience
- Greeting guests to the Club
- Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
- Showing guests our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits
- Some physical jobs such as light cleaning and handy man jobs that need to be attended to
