This is a sales-focused opportunity where you will be developing key accounts on a daily basis by prospecting and conducting client meetings to generate new business. This role will suit a driven and motivated professional looking for long term stability.
What will you be doing?
As Business Manager, you will provide innovative leadership for all product and program related racing activities in Victoria. In undertaking this responsibility, you will set the strategic direction of the company’s racing product and programming activities. You will develop and implement initiatives to increase wagering revenue. You will be responsible for managing the Victorian team, achieving KPIs and sales goals. Finally, you will lead, develop and motivate your diverse team while cultivating and maintaining co-operative relationships across the racing industry.

You will be working for a statutory body of government that administer, develop and promote the sports of racing in Victoria. The business is committed to developing vibrant and sustainable sports that promotes participation, integrity and racing excellence.
