This position will be highly involved around the day to day operation and management of our Gym at Wallsend.
Key responsibilities include:
· Undertake and manage all daily operational aspects of the club
· Lead a team
· Manage and participate in lead generation activities
· Establish links within the local community
· Provide excellent customer satisfaction
· Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S
Requirements:
· Experience leading and motivating a team
· Experience working in a health club
· A commitment to growing and developing the club
· First Aid & CPR
- Year 12 or equivalent minimum requirement
Desirable Criteria (not essential):
· A proven sales background preferred
· Fitness Centre/Gym Experience
- Outgoing personality
- Proven ability at following systems
- Moderate level computer skills. Proficiency in outlook, word and excel highly desirable.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, fitness, management, or sales
