We are looking for staff for various positions to work with the busy team at our Carter & Spencer Packing Facility in Bundaberg North. Positions are available for admin, QC, forklift drivers and supervisors
Reporting to the Site Management Team, you will be required to be a team worker and work towards common goals within the facility.
To be successful you will have:
- Sound knowledge of OH&S
- Strong customer focus
- Effective communication skills
- Efficient work skills
- Experience with machinery operation
- A positive ‘get it done’ attitude
You will also have:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Effective time keeping and sound attendance habits
- Good interpersonal habits
- A cool head in highly stressful environments
- And above all a willingness to work!
These positions are casual positions. Because of seasonal requirements, hours worked and start times will vary across the year. The successful candidates may work weekends and public holidays when operational loads require.
Previous experience in the produce industry will be viewed favourably.
