An excellent opportunity exists for an Export Operations Assistant, based in our vibrant Brisbane City office.
Working for a leading Australian Exporter of Livestock, the successful candidate will assist in the preparation and coordination of documentation pertaining to shipments leaving Australia.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a positive disposition.
Assisting our Export Coordinators, the ideal candidate will work well in a team and have strong administrative / auditing experience.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to ensure all paperwork complies with Industry Standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to stringent timelines
- Excellent personal presentation and a positive outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (EXCEL in particular)
- The capacity to work flexible hours (occasionally)
The successful candidate will be prepared to travel interstate at times and expected to work outside of normal hours when required.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
Experience in Livestock Export Industry will be highly regarded.
