Wallara Logistics is a leading and progressive not for profit business providing employment opportunities and workplace training for people with disabilities. We focus on providing high quality packaging and product assembly services, along with warehousing, transport and 3PL logistical solutions.
About the role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our Supported Employment division for a full time Production & Support Supervisor. You will be leading a dedicated staff team to achieve great outcomes for clients.

What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a dedicated staff team
- Strong knowledge and experience working within the disability sector and working with clients, including behaviours of concern
- A passion for supporting people with disabilities to achieve the best they can – bring your special talents to their experience!
- Excellent administration skills – make sure the t's are crossed and i's dotted!
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prevent and resolve issues and to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Effective written communication skills and computer literacy in order to complete appropriate documentation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to think laterally
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to exceptional service delivery and a demonstrated professional approach to work
- Commitment to the principles of WHS, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation
- Certificate IV in Disability is highly desirable

Must haves
- Right to work in Australia
- Mandatory police check and Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES) check will be conducted
- Full Victorian drivers licence
- Certificate in First Aid Level 2 + CPR
