Independent Community Living Australia is a community organisation established in 1987. We provide services and supported accommodation options for people with mental health and/or other disabilities.
We offer services that are targeted at supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, increase their confidence, independence and opportunity for social and community connection. Support services can be provided in an individual's home or our accommodation sites.

About the role
We are looking for Permanent Part Time and Casual Support Workers to work closely with the people we support to help them achieve the goals.We have roles available in the following locations
- The Eastern Suburbs
- Inner City
- Inner West (Mascot, Hurstville, Petersham, Belfield & Marrickville)
About You
You have a proven ability to relate to, and engage with people who have mental health and/or other disabilities
You have excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills
You are reliable and are able to work independently and in a team
Essential Criteria
A current driver's licence
An up to date Police Criminal Record Check
A current First Aid Certificate
Willing to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check
