Program Manager (Out of Home Care) - Based in Katherine ∙ Full Time
- Relocation Package
- Remote Living Allowance / Salary Sacrifice Options
- $5k per annum Professional Development / Training
- Salary Level 6.1 SCHADS plus additional On Call Allowance
- 5 weeks Annual Leave Entitlements

About the OpportunityIn the role of Program Manager - Out of Home Care (OOHC) you will provide effective resource, oversight and manage Out of Home Care (Katherine) services for children and young people in care of Territory Families CEO. Anglicare NT's Katherine Out of Home Care Services are comprised of:
Katherine Alternative Care Service (KACS), a 24/7 General Residential Care service, providing trauma informed culturally appropriate direct care, support and supervision for up to four older children/young people (aged 12 -17 years).
Katherine Individual Residential Care Services (KIRCS), a 24/7 Community Based Children’s Care service, providing trauma informed culturally appropriate direct care, support and supervision for up to four children/young people (aged 5 – 17 years).
To be successful in this role you will have significant prior experience working with vulnerable and young people placed into the statutory care system (preferably with experience in residential care environments). You will also have experience in staff management and growing team based approaches to working with children and young people in the care system with high risk behaviours.
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
