The Role
Work for the Dole Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the Work for the Dole programme in Perth North and meeting all contract and organisational obligations, while ensuring that Work for the Dole programme operates in professional/efficient manner and that all services are provided within the ethos of Communicare.
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will possess:
- Appropriate qualifications (e.g. Bachelors or Cert III in Employment Services) or extensive experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful networks (eg. Not for Profit organisations, local Government Departments and appropriate stakeholders)
- Ability to develop and manage Work for the Dole activities, deliver desired programme outcomes whilst maintaining excellent service quality
- Ability to inspire, motivate and coach members of your team.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, refine and implement plans, proposals and reports to ensure continuous improvement in service provision.
- Strong time management, administrative, organisational and presentation skills.
- High levels of computer literacy
- Knowledge of the requirements of different industries and occupations.
- Knowledge of Employment Services operations and Department of Jobs and Small Business IT system is an advantage
- Police Clearance
- Current driver’s licence
