The Company

The Role

This role will oversee a designated area, and team of front line care givers and support workers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the agreed programs are delivered in your area, in line with the organisation's strategic objectives. 

You will manage all aspects of service delivery, build relationships with advocacy and community groups, manage your area's budget, and lead the establishment of any new homes and support services in your region.

This role could suit someone from backgrounds such as social work, disability services, aged care, community housing, nursing, police, defence forces - strong people leadership and management experience really is the key to success in this role.

The Rewards

This role will operate mainly within business hours, Monday to Friday, however there will be a need to be on call, from time to time. As an experienced people manager, you will really be given the opportunity to be quite autonomous, and will work in a collaborative peer-review, self managing environment.
