We specialise in empowering people with a disability, illness or health condition to improve their circumstances through a range of training, support and employment opportunities.

The Role

Customer Service
You have
- Previous experience in similar role DES preferred or minimum 12 months experience in a relevant field or relevant transferable skills from a different industry
- A demonstrated commitment to working with people with injury, ill health or disability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage reception and other front-of-house duties, as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors, providing excellence in customer service to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to carry out general administrative duties including appointment setting, word processing, filing, incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying, document archiving, stationary orders, maintain office supplies, data entry and supporting team members with other administrative duties as required
- Ability to work autonomous and take initiative
- Ability to clearly follow guidelines and directives
- Proven ability to achieve results and exceed targets
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Resilience and positive outlook
- Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with job seekers, employers and other key stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
- An understanding of NDIS
