Our client who is based in Liverpool is a not for profit organisation who provides employment services for job seekers in the local community. Due to  growth they have vacancies for experienced Recruitment Specialist / Business Development Managers to join their team in Liverpool. 

Duties:

• Use your existing contacts and networks to create new and ongoing opportunities with employers
• Engage local employers to create positions tailored to job seekers 
• Assist job seekers into employment 
• Provide pre and post employment support  to job seekers and employers
• Ensure all performance KPI's and contract compliance targets are met 
• Work closely with the retention team to ensure retention and engagement of clients 
• Daily monitoring of all placement activity and manage any outstanding claims

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have :

• Solid sales experience, ideally within the recruitment or labour hire industry
• Reverse marketing experience 
• Strong relationship management skills
• An established network of employer relationships
• Highly developed written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Self motivation with a desire to exceed set targets
