Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of our Quality Assurance Manager:

• Provision of personal care and household management as required
• Provision of support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities in a home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, community support and empowerment
• Individual needs range from low to high care

To be successful you need to have:

• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• Current National Police check
• Demonstrated experience and/or relevant associated qualifications
• A current Senior First Aid Certificate/CPR
• A current Driver’s License
• Capacity and willingness to work outside of standard business hours
• Commitment to actively pursue ongoing learning and development
• Participate in regular supervision to enhance role and performance
