Bolton Clarke is growing and so too is our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us. Add value and build upon your existing nursing skills within our At Home Support Region. This position is located City of Bayside/ City of Kingston. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring registered nurse to work 36 hours a week attracting all the benefits such as salary packaging, super and a great hourly rate dependent on your years of nursing experience. In return you will have a lot of variety to look forward to everyday and you will feel a part of the community while having an opportunity to have genuine relationships; working with our clients, rather than for them.

Our team of experienced staff will provide you with the right support and leadership while you have the option to work independently! Successful applicants will have the opportunity to provide consumer directed nursing care to clients, their carers and families in the clients’ home in a holistic manner, experience in acute and aged care is highly desirable. You will be supported by a team and other health professionals to provide community based nursing care, assisting clients to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life. 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Sound nursing skills and a genuine interest in community nursing
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

 
What we need from you:

• Registered Nurse Division 1
• A current registration with AHPRA
• Current and valid police check
• Current and valid Victorian driver’s license and access to a car for work purposes
