We are a leading residential retirement resort developer and are looking to enhance our residential team with the addition of Resorts Managers/Caretakers for our sites at Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast.
This would be an ideal role for over 50 semi retiree couple who could provide administration and general caretaking/maintenance of our resorts at either Highfields or Bribie Island.
About the role
Job tasks and responsibilities
Resort duties comprise of the day-to-day operations of a manufactured home park under development.
Key responsibilities include undertaking and supervising:
· Landscaping and garden maintenance duties (lawn mowing, weeding, etc.)
· Maintaining the front managers office and performing all administrative tasks associated with operating the resort.
· Cleaning and maintaining all common areas in a first-class state of repair
· Assisting with the development and sales teams for incoming residents.
Skills and experience
Skills and experience
The successful candidates will present well, have excellent communication skills and be able to undertake physical work. Previous employment in a manufactured home park and experience in developing parks is highly desirable.
