Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for passionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our Community Services team within the Orana Region.
We currently have casual and part time Community Worker roles available in the Dubbo, Mid Western and Narromine LGA's, working across our range of programs including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programs and Hoarding and Squalor.
In your role you may assist with day to day activities, supporting clients to remain at home in a safe environment. Services will cover all aspects of community service work which will include assistance with daily activity, personal and social support, respite and help around the home.

To be successful for this role you will have:
- Cert 111 or higher in Community Services/Aged Care/Individual Support
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Experience Working with the aged and/or those with complex needs
- A keen interest in Healthy Living and Lifestyle
- NSW Driver's licence & reliable fully insured motor vehicle
- Enthusiasm and reliability
- Shift worker with the ability to work up to 10 days in a 14 day fortnight
- Availability during peaks periods 8am - 12pm and 2pm-6pm will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
