We are currently seeking a Quality Specialist to join our growing Quality and Practice team at our Head Office in Kirrawee. As our Quality Specialist, Strategy you will be a strategic thinker with strong experience in Strategy delivery across a medium-large, Not-For-Profit organisation.  
  
As our Quality Specialist, Strategy you will be required to:
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Sylvanvale’s strategic direction
  • Contribute to the design of a new Quality Management System
  • Collate, manage and distribute Sylvanvale’s Strategic/Business Planning goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of service innovation across the organisation
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure linkages between strategy, operations, research, policy and advocacy
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, analyse and develop business cases and perform due diligence for new business opportunities  
Essential Experience & Knowledge
  • Experience within a similar Quality and Practice role
  • Have a thorough understanding of quality across both practice and compliance
  • Thorough understanding of risk as it applies to an organisation and its service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of quality outcomes
  • Experience with developing and writing policies
Mandatory requirements  
  • Current Unrestricted Class C NSW driver’s license
  • Current WWC clearance
  • A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job
