About the role
H1 Healthcare works with a number of NDIS providers across the Sydney area who are looking for NDIS Support Workers particularly with behavioural experience for ongoing contracts to cover holidays, extended sick leave and maternity covers.
Key Criteria
As an NDIS Support Worker / Behvaioural Specialist you will hold your Cert III or Cert IV in Disabilities, you will have a minimum of 1 years experience within the homecare services, you will provide domestic and personal care, you will liaise with the clients, their families & care team to ascertain best health and social care outcomes, you will hold a full drivers license and have access to a car.
