The role:

Due to ongoing growth, we currently seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed individual to join our Casual Staff Services Team on a set roster. Avoid the traffic and parking hassle with a good mix of morning and afternoon shifts and the occasional weekend which will see you earning penalty rates. In this role, you will be responsible for filling shift requests from our customers and organisations, liaising directly with the right ONCALL field workers providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities to ensure client needs are met.

About YOU:

To be considered, you will possess: 

  • Relevant qualification in disability and/or community services related studies;
  • Previous rostering/allocation experience highly regarded;
  • Friendly, approachable and able to provide excellent customer service;
  • Strong people and creative negotiation skills;
  • Calm under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills;
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Database experience;
  • Current Police Check (or willing to obtain);
  • Current WWCC (or willing to obtain);
  • DWES clearance (or willing to obtain).
