Join our team to provide direct support services to clients including personal care, domestic assistance, shopping, meal preparation, social support, respite and transport.

Essential Criteria
- A genuine interest in working with people in their home and in the community
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to, person-centred practices
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, work health and safety requirements
- Current drivers licence, mobile phone and own reliable vehicle (for which the worker will be paid for work-related kilometres travelled at the prescribed rate)
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A current criminal history record check
Desirable Criteria
- Willing to be flexible regarding shift work
- Ability to speak a second language
- Cert III in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
- Previous experience in Home and Community Care and/or Aged Care and Disability Services
