Sureway Employment and Training is an industry leader in Jobactive and Disability Employment Services and is one of Regional Australia's largest DES providers.

We have been awarded additional DES and ESS contracts and are consolidating our existing contracts, so we are looking for talented people to join our team.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Murray Bridge site for an Employment Adviser who is enthusiastic and passionate about empowering jobseekers to find employment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will have direct involvement with a caseload of jobseekers, providing them with high quality, timely, professional recruitment services which lead to employment outcomes.

We Need

• DES experience (highly regarded)
• Sound knowledge of employer and job seeker needs
• An understanding of the labour market in the local community
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employers
• Solid administration and computer skills
• Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI's
• Previous experience in customer service
• Current and valid driver’s licence
