We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join Melbourne Youth Support Services based at Frontyard to help deliver high quality initial assessment and planning services to young people who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness.

Frontyard aims to support young people to meet their physical, emotional and social needs and to develop pathways out of homelessness. Frontyard’s integrated services include early intervention, crisis support, health and wellbeing, legal assistance, income support and education, employment and training programs.
Melbourne Youth Support Service (MYSS) is one of the many integrated services located at Frontyard. MYSS is a state-wide Access Point for young people requiring assistance from the Homelessness Service System. MYSS provides initial assessment and planning (IAP) and supported referrals into housing and other support-related programs.
Purpose of this role
To provide high quality intake and assessment services to all young people presenting to Frontyard who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness and require holistic support to achieve their goals.
