The Opportunity:
We're searching for an experienced Coordinator who wants to be part of an ambitious organisation who is leading and influencing sector change.
As part of the School Focused Youth Service program, you will use your community development or educational skills to deliver projects that address and support the needs of at risk young people. You will coordinate community-based networks, partnerships and services that support young people and improve student well-being, resilience and educational outcomes.

You will have:
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services Work or a related discipline that is recognised in Australia
- Experience in community development and/or coordinated delivery of educational or support services to vulnerable young people
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a range of professionals, including schools and agencies working with young people in service development and delivery.
