Recovery Case Worker – HASI
- Not for profit salary packaging + other benefits
- Fixed term full time – 12 months (possible permanency)

Your Opportunity
The Housing Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) aims to strengthen the community based responses to adults aged 16 years and older with severe mental illness through psychosocial support to consumers within the community. This position will include evening and weekend work as required by consumers.
Duties
- Provide support to consumers with daily living skills as required including cooking and cleaning
- Assist consumers to access community and social activities
- Attend appointments as required with consumers, transporting them to and from
- Assisting consumers and team members in the ongoing implementation of person centred support plans through a range of varied activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including service partners and external agencies
- Assist in the promotion and awareness of HASI and its involvement in community activities
Position Requirements
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, or be working towards this qualification
- Ideally, some work experience in a health or community services related environment
- Knowledge and awareness of recovery orientated practices
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Drivers licence
- Evening and weekend work maybe required
