Eskleigh is seeking a support worker to support a person in the Campbell Town area. Your role may vary and will include daily living skills, community access, promoting independence, planning, and helping the person to achieve their goals.
To be successful in this role you must be committed, motivated, enthusiastic, maintain a sense of fun, enjoy challenges and show respect for people’s individual choice’s and decisions.

Requirements, Skills and Expertise
- Experience supporting people with disabilities;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Current CPR certificate;
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check;
- Current National Police Check (dated within the last 3 months)
