Administrative Support Worker - Youth, Mental Health, Homelessness, ATOD & Family Support Services

The Role

The purpose of the Administration Support Worker is to provide administrative assistance to the portfolio Management Team. The role will be the main contact point between corporate services and the portfolio and be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the portfolio’s services.

The ideal person we are looking for has:

·         Passion and enthuisam.

·         Relevant qualifications and experience.

·         Well-developed oral and written communication skills

·         Advanced computer literacy

·         The ability to understand the complexities of rostering support staff

·         Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Work Safety and Confidentiality,

 

To be considered for this role you will be also required to:

·         Hold a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card

·         Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
