The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our jobactive team as a full-time Case Manager in Haymarket.
 
In this role, you will responsible for the delivery of the Australian Governments jobactive contract in employment services by supporting jobseekers to develop skills, undertake job searching and to achieve placement into a sustainable employment outcome. 

You will do this by: 

• Developing and reviewing individualised Job Plans to assist jobseekers to overcome their identified barriers to employment;
• Coordinating and facilitating the jobseekers access to, and involvement in, work preparation and job search activities; and
• Confidently running group sessions with job seekers.
