The Shepparton Salvation Army ministries exist to:

We are looking for a confident, outgoing person who will provide a high standard of pastoral care, bring leadership to worship meetings, perform religious ceremonies that support, develop and strengthen the faith of existing Christians and lead non-Christians to faith. The successful candidate will assist and resource the Corps and Thrift Shop, and assist with the development and leadership of Corps Discipleship programs.
Applicants must:
- Be willing to work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army.
- Have relevant qualifications in ministry or theology
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a sound understanding of the bible and application in everyday life
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Have the ability to work cope with difficult situations and to support harmony
- Have experience in leadership development and pastoral care
- Have a current police check is essential.
- Have a current Working With Children Check is essential
- Be able to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
