About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to join our fresh, yet experienced team of support workers; dedicated to providing the highest quality of Mental Health Services to the Bayside, Inner and South-East community. As our Support Worker you be able to work directly with our clients who have experienced mental illness, and help them take meaningful steps to achieve their personal goals and Provide individualised strengths based support to participants, some with complex needs, as they transition to NDIS.
This is a time limited position until 31st December 2018.
About you
You will have a proactive attitude and be motivated by the challenge of proving such significant mental health services to individuals. Your passion and experience in mental illness work with strive you to want to make a positive change in the lives of the Bayside, Inner and South-East community. Not only will you be a self-starter, you will also have the capability to collaborate in a team environment with a good sense of humor.
What else do you need?
- Current, full Victorian Driver's Licence
- Working with Children check
- A minimum of Cert IV in Mental Health.
- Experience in Mental Health Services with an empathic approach.
