The programs and services offered by Coast Community Connections covers a broad spectrum of community services including:
- Ageing & Disability Services
- Children's Services
- Youth Support - Evolution Youth Service
- Gambling Counselling Services - Gambling Solutions
- Community Services - Peninsula Community Centre
These programs deliver services and support, as well as providing activities to approximately 6,000 people per month.

Skills and experience
1. Certifcate 3 in Individual support workers
2. Current First Aid certificate
3. Working with children check - verified
4. Current Police check
5. Sound knowledge of WHS
6. Broad understanding of the Community Care Sector
7. Comprehensively Insured Motor Vehicle
About the role
This is a Permanent Part Time role that delivers Home Support Services to the frail aged and people living with a disability in our community. This role enables you to work autonmously. You will have a clear undertanding of the wellness, reable and enablement approach working with our clients.
Our programs include:
1. Home Care Packages level 1 to level 4
2. Commonwealth Home support program (CHSP)
3. National Disability Insurance scheme (NDIS)
Duties include but are not limited to personal care, social support including shopping and companionship, transport, respite and domestic assistance. All our services are provided in home or to access our community.
You will have access to our online client management system to view your roster.
Flexible working hours from 7am to 6pm weekdays.
