About the role
The HCP Business Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team that delivers a caring and professional service to our clients, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory groups both internal and externally.
About you
You will have a strong business operational background, demonstrated by key results and achievements, an inspirational self-motivated individual who can take their team on a successful journey whilst growing the business across the state.
Qualifications:
- A relevant Tertiary Qualification and/or proven experience in Business and/or Management.
Essential:
- Proven track record in driving revenue and growing businesses.
- Ability to motivate and support staff, including managers, to grow a business.
- Ability to create and implement strategies for growth.
- A proven track record in driving exceptional service.
- Leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong teams.
- Understanding of the Human Services Sector
Desirable:
- Relevant experience in a government of not for profit organisation.
- Business Intelligence and analytics in the delivery of Home Care Packages
- Experience in multi-site management.
- Knowledge of Community Aged Care funding frameworks
