Job Summary:
Fixed Term - 1 Year Contract, Part Time - 3 Days per Week
CanTeen South Australia are currently seeking a Fundraising Event Manager to deliver a bespoke corporate fundraising bike ride (Road Raise) which engages corporate partners and expands local networks to increase revenue within SA & NT.
The Fundraising Event Manager is a key member of the South Australian Fundraising Team, bringing skills, experience, commitment and passion to enhance, develop and add value to CanTeen’s fundraising activities.
This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of Road Raise, which is the key state fundraising initiative.
You will recruit sponsors and riders and coordinate all event logistics to reach income targets.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative team player who can demonstrate the following:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Events Management, Fundraising, Marketing or a related discipline
- Proven large scale event management and coordination experience
- Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Revenue and budget management experience
- Enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
