About the business
- Our client is a leading NGO within the welfare sector
The Role
- Within this role you will be managing a Complex Caseload of young people in residential care. You will be providing support, outreach and specialist services to Vulnerable children and young people aged 16-22 years. This role will see you supporting the team leader to mentor and support the case managers within the team.
- Based in South West Sydney

- Excellent Remuneration: $70,000 - $75,000 plus super

- Essential criteria:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling (or other relevant discipline) or Diploma qualification
- At least 3 years case management experience preferably in the area of residential care
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader/Senior Case Manager
- Experience working with young people in the area of trauma, homelessness, mental health, AOD etc.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
