Australian Industry Group Training Services Pty Ltd is a registered training organisation. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian Industry Group. Ai Group Training Services delivers both accredited and non-accredited training. Accredited training leads to nationally recognised qualifications.
We are currently seeking a contract trainer and assessor with the qualifications to train and assess in Certificate III and IV in Business.
The successful applicant must have the following qualifications
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40110);
- Certificate IV in Business (or higher)
- Certificate IV in Customer Engagement (or higher)
- Relevant business experience (must be reflected in their resume)
- a completed Working with Children Check
In addition to the above the applicant must have:
- Extensive vocational experience
- current experience in delivering to one on one in the workplace as well as groups;
- demonstrated experience in designing holistic work related projects which deliver measurable outcomes to clients and meet the training packaging rules;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- ability to engage a group as well as individuals;
- flexibility to schedule training sessions to meet the needs of the client;
- strong customer service skills and ability to relate to all levels of an organisation;
- excellent time management skills;
- a positive proactive attitude
- proven ability to complete all paperwork in line with the RTO compliance requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills and a commitment to excellent client service are essential for this role. You will also be flexible and willing to travel to deliver training in the employer's workplace to meet the needs of the client.
