Baxter Institute is a government accredited & CRICOS approved training provider located in Melbourne's CBD. We offer Vocational training courses in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Automotive, Hairdressing, Beauty, Bakery, Dental and Information Technology. We have experienced a tremendous growth in the last few years, from both domestic and international markets.
At present we are looking for a suitable candidate for the Marketing Department.
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for liaising with Education Agents, reaching target markets, promoting the Institute and recruitment & retention of students from China with Mandarin Chinese speaking background.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- Knowledge and Experience in Marketing, preferably in the Education Industry
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
- Highly skilled clerical and administration ability
- Ability to be proactive and show initiation
- Ability to perform multi-task duties
- Work independently under minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work hours during weekend if required at reasonable working arrangements
- Proficient English and Mandarin Chinese speaking is required.
Qualifications preferred to:
- Diploma or above
- IT Competence/Certificate
