Nido Early School has been offering premium childcare services to families in Australia since 2014, following the Italian principles of the Reggio Emilia Philosophy. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality Education & Care to the families in our Community and building meaningful relationships.  

We are now seeking a passionate Curriculum / Educational Leader for our Brand New Centre in Banksia Grove! 

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the Educators in the implementation, evaluation and delivery of educational programs, whilst ensuring they are in line with EYLF, NQF and the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Work closely with the Executive Centre Manager to ensure the Centre operates successfully.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with all children and their families by promoting and engaging them in the educational program.
• Inspire, mentor and encourage Leading Educators and Educator Assistants, by role modelling correct practice and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the floor as required to cover absent team members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma of Children Services and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree
• Genuine passion for the Reggio Emilia Philosophy
• Previous experience in a Leadership position and sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing educational programs for children
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate and Police Clearance
