THE OPPORTUNITY
Camp Australia have a unique opportunity to join the team as a Quality Specialist in New South Wales! Working with our before and after school care (OSHC) services, you’ll drive quality outcomes that lead to the best education and care possible for children. Nothing short of world class will do!
Predominantly focused around the Assessment & Rating process, you will guide and support services during the assessment cycle, sharing your expertise to achieve results that exceed industry expectations. You will mentor Educators and build processes to embed the capability to reach for the best possible quality every day and your previous experience working with regulatory guidelines and bodies will be your biggest asset in achieving this goal.

DUTIES
- Undertake quality assessments in-service
- Develop improvement initiatives to develop capabilities
- Implement frameworks to assist services achieve Exceeding rating
- Form relationships with regulatory bodies and authorities
- Embed sustainable quality practices around the National Quality Framework
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated knowledge in childcare/other highly regulated industry
- Completion of a relevant qualification OR extensive prior experience
- Valid Working With Children check
- Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle to travel to services
