This is a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator / student coach to work for an highly reputable business in Melbourne's inner suburbs. About the role:
This is a busy and dynamic role that requires a strong Student Coach to have practical and solution based conversations aimed at supporting others. This position will require a candidate who has an eye for detail, flexible to manage new responsibilities with strong customer service and administration skills.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Identify and assist at risk students
- Customer service
- Email management
- Assessing information
- General enquiries
Key Requirements:
- Experience working within practical strategy
- Preferably a Psychology degree but not essential
- Minimum bachelor level degree
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to coach and support others
- Proactive, encouraging, empathetic and resourceful
