About the role:
As the Out-of-School-Hours-Care (OSHC) Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the OSHC service is responsive to the needs of children and families. You will ensure overall quality and compliance of the management and administration of the OSHC service operations in line with YMCA NSW policies and procedures and the Education and care Services National Regulations.
This role will see you with oversight of OSHC programs that is engaging and targeted to the needs of school age children and supporting families. Our engagement with the school community is crucial, along with a commitment to continuing a promising relationship with your internal & external stakeholders
What we look for in our next fearless leader?
To be successful in this role, you will have
HLTAID004 First Aid
Identify & Respond child protection certificate
Experience in leading a team of Educators (Preferred)
Diploma Level Education & Care or
Early Childhood teaching qualification
The role would best suit someone who is able to commit to a permanent part time position of at least 35 hours per week (monday - Friday morning and afternoon split shifts).
